What Is The SHWE?

The Shelburne Health and Wellness Expo is an idea sparked from our local online Q&A groups.

After seeing the same questions pop up on social media time and again, only to have local residents recommend out of town practitioners, it was obvious that the time had come for this kind of event.  Shelburne has everything we need, why leave town?

From the inaugural event in 2017, with just 20 vendors, to its current form, with over 40 vendors (and growing), free workshops, and more, the SHWE has maintained its initial focus to feature local-to-Shelburne businesses in the health, wellness, and fitness industries.

Integrity is key.  The SHWE features registered practitioners and professionals, such as RMTs, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Optometrists, Nutritionists, Osteopaths, Therapists, Naturopathic Doctors, and more.  Holistic and complimentary practitioners and professionals, like Reflexologists, Reiki and Energy Healers, Art Therapists, Mediums, and more.  Fitness professionals, including local gyms, Yoga instructors, Martial Arts clubs, Group Fitness Instructors, and more.  And health and wellness products, like jewelry, natural cleaning products, supplements, healthy food options, and more.

These businesses are all located right in Shelburne, or serve Shelburne, and the surrounding area.  It's amazing how easy it is to find everything we need, right here in town.
